Well Clients asking you to break the law, you shouldn't even try to do that job. If anyone asks the client "Who did this job?" the client's answer would be "YOU". The clients would have "Clean hands" about it.

So don't do it, and ask him to work with legal software, their infrastructure of servers will be better and you will be free of guilt.
