One of my gripes is that over here we don't have an industry wide standard like your data laws so I plan to follow OWASP's Top 10 and say good enough. For the maintenance of the website I'll just stick to updating content and I'll outsource security. Hopefully that will free me of liability and even better if they handle backups and software updates too. | |
