It is a business relationship and should be treated as such, personal commitments have nothing to do in this type of discussion. The client perfectly understands that and is just 'trying his luck'. Stay firm, write a quote for the extra feature, and he will most likely agree. If he does not, let him go, you're free, and there's many more clients. | |
