How do iI deal with clients who ask me to change the design every few days?

I was working on androidan Android project. The client asked me to change the app design every few days. But, but it was very difficult to change the design in the middle of a huge project. 

How do iwould I deal with the client in such situations. Making? Would making a contract and adding a clause at the start would be one way?
